Pay by Direct Debit Return to top
The direct debit service is a free service that conveniently pays your monthly service charges automatically by charging it to your checking or savings account. Direct debit service is the most convenient, dependable, least expensive way to pay your monthly service charges. You save time by not writing a check and mailing your payment. You save money on postage and checks. You no longer have to worry about your payment being lost or not being able to pay while you are out of town on business or vacation and it's free. To sign up for Direct Debit service simply print out the Direct Debit Form, fill it out, and return it with a voided check when you pay your next billing. It will take approximately six weeks to set up your direct debit. From then on, you'll never have to write us another check. Your city utility billing will be paid automatically from your banking account.
If you are already signed up for direct debit and would like to change your banking information, simply fill out the Direct Debit Form again, and return it with a voided check from the new account.
