No Smoking Ordinance

The Olathe City Council adopted Olathe's clean air ordinance at the August 15, 2006 Council meeting. This ordinance currently restricts smoking in all public places with the exception of Class A and B private clubs. However, if a club chooses to offer smoking, it is prohibited from employing minors.

The ordinance requires placement of signage indicating No Smoking in Establishment. These stickers are available at the City Clerk's Office, 100 E. Santa Fe, or you may download a copy to print and post.
