Welcome to Current Planning!

The responsibilities of Current Planning include ensuring that consistent quality of design and building construction is completed for the safety of tenants and long-term value to property owners.

Current Planning also provides staff support to the Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals and presents development projects to the City Council.

Current Planning is located on the third floor of City Hall. Planners are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
