Eligibility

Eligibility for all programs is based on several factors, some of which include: gross annual family income*, appraised value of the home, current insurance policy on the property, real estate taxes must be up to date and proof of ownership must be provided for several of the programs.

Income Eligibility Levels - For a single person the maximum income level is $ 38,300, for a family of 2 - $ 43,800, family of 3 - $ 49,250, family of 4 - $ 54,700, family of 5 - $ 59,100, family of 6 - $ 63,500, family of 7 - $ 67,850, and a family of 8 - $ 72,250. Gross monthly income for all household members must be included. Full time students over the age of 18 who are employed will be pro-rated. These levels are adjusted annually.

Appraised Value - After rehab value of the home can not exceed $204,250. This level is adjusted annually.
