Accounting

The Accounting Division actively participates in: Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) and 
KS Government Finance Officers Association (KSGFOA). 

The City of Olathe Accounting Division is responsible for the following services:

  • Investing the City's cash
  • Issuing municipal bonds and notes to fund capital improvement projects
  • Payroll processing
  • Paying all the City's bills
  • Accounting for all expenditures and receipts
 Hours of Operation

Office hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
Monday through Friday. 

Should you wish to meet with personnel
within the Accounting Division, you are encouraged to set up an appointment.
