The City of Olathe's Neighborhood Revitalization Area (NRA) was established in 2008 to encourage reinvestment in the City's Original Town.  The NRA provides:

A rebate of 80% of the incremental increase in property taxes from qualifying commercial property improvements.

A rebate of 90% of the incremental increase in property taxes from qualifying residential property improvements.
