Purchasing

 

The City of Olathe Purchasing Division is a centralized purchasing office that has the responsibility to locate and secure materials, supplies, equipment, and related services as required by various departments within the City of Olathe.

The City of Olathe Purchasing Division is an active member of the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) and the Mid-America Council of Public Purchasing (MACPP).

Hours of Operation 
Office Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Should you wish to meet with personnel within the Purchasing Division,
you are encouraged to set up an appointment. It is recommended that
initial contact with other City departments be made through the Purchasing Division. This will ensure proper processing and save valuable time for all parties.
