Results and Resources (R&R)

The R&R Division:

  • Coordinates the annual budget process, including
    capital improvement projects
  • Prepares the state budget forms for certification by
    the State of Kansas
  • Prepares the annual budget document
  • Monitors economic trends that may influence budget
    decisions
  • Monitors revenue and expenditure variances during
    the budget year
  • Monitors and tracks general City sales tax,
    special tax funding, and Park sales tax
  • Provides budget information to user
    departments and the City Council
  • Monitors use of contingency funds
  • Responsible for leading the City Manager's
    results program
