




Welcome to the Olathe Results program, our scorecard for continuous improvement. Launched in 2004, the program is dedicated to tracking community outcomes, benchmarking services against best-in-class jurisdictions, strategic planning, and measuring organizational performance.
Our annual DirectionFinders community survey, public input sessions, Five-Year Strategic Plans, budget and capital improvement processes, and Balanced Scorecard report form the nucleus of a system for delivering results valued by our citizens.
