Balanced Scorecard

The Olathe Balanced Scorecard is an annual report to the City Council that tracks progress toward goals articulated in the community-based Strategic Plan. Measures listed in the scorecard are balanced among indicators of performance toward customer, operational, financial, and employee objectives. The indicators included in the report enable managers to monitor program results in the 8 Key Result Areas: Transportation, Public Safety, Downtown Redevelopment, Economic Sustainability, Public Services, Active Lifestyles, Diversity, and Service Delivery.
