Olathe Human Relations Commission

The Olathe Human Relations Commission meets the fourth Monday of every month at 6:00 p.m. in the City of Olathe Lone Elm Room (Olathe City Hall, 100 E. Santa Fe).  The Human Relations Commission is an 11 member board, with members serving three year terms.  For more information, please contact staff liaison, Victor Glover, at 913-971-8790.

 

The Olathe Human Relations Commission:

  • Advises and consults with the City Council and the City Manager on matters involvong racial, religious or ethnic discrimination;
  • Recommends to the City Council and the City Manager measures designed to eliminate prejudice and discrimination; and
  • Promotes and encourages communications between all groups interested in bettering community relations.
