On-Boarding (Employee Experience)

In Human and Organization Development, we believe in creating a positive employee experience from the moment an individual accepts a position with the City.  Through our On-Boarding process we ensure that employees are engaged early and often and get the support they need to quickly get up to speed on how the City operates.  Our On-Boarding does not end at New Employee Orientation - we continually seek opportunities to help new employees feel welcomed, engaged, and quickly become a part of the Olathe family.
