Host your next event at the new Heritage Center at Mahaffie. The Heritage Center at Mahaffie is a great place to host receptions, dinners, or other events in a historical atmosphere. The Heritage Center at Mahaffie can accomodate groups up to 200 people. The Heritage Center at Mahaffie has a small catering kitchen for your needs. Dates are booking up quickly for 2008 and we are scheduling into 2009. Please call for the most current information. Your group has many catering options or our staff can recommend caterers to accommodate your group and theme. Rates start at $190/hour, $150/hour for Olathe residents. The following policies and rental fees shall govern the rental of the Mahaffie Stagecoach Stop and Farm by any group or individual wishing to utilize the site for private purposes.  The private rental function shall be in keeping with a nationally recognized historic site and not detract or be detrimental to the grounds, historic structures or artifacts at the site.

At the time of the rental, a $250 deposit is required to confirm the rental with the remainder of the fees due 14 days prior to the rental date.   Rental fees and policies
