The City of Olathe has adopted regulations to assist in providing a safe and visually attractive community for citizens by restricting items stored outside, non-operative vehicles, and graffiti.

If you have concerns, please contact the Community Enhancement Division at (913) 971-8580 or through the Citizen Request System. Your concern will be scheduled for an inspection the following business day.

Most Common Nuisance Violations:

• Auto Parts & Tires
• Brush Piles
• Discarded Appliances & Furniture
• Loose Trash
• Lumber

Vehicles Are Required To:

• Have a Current Registration and be Displayed
• Be in a Street Operable Condition
• Have No Flat Tires
• Have No Missing Parts
