The City of Olathe has adopted regulations to provide reasonable controls restricting the excessive growth of weeds, grasses and other non cultivated vegetation to a height not exceeding 8 inches.

If you have concerns, please contact the Community Enhancement Division at (913) 971-8580 or through the Citizen Request System. Your concern will be scheduled for an inspection the following business day.
