The City of Olathe's mission for downtown is to promote the revitalization of downtown as a destination location for businesses, visitors, and residents. Downtown Olathe is well poised as a downtown destination attracting visitors both locally and throughout the region. While downtown boasts many assets that any downtown needs to be successful, it also faces many challenges that will need to be addressed to ensure the successful revitalization of downtown. |
The area generally extends from the Burlington Northern Railroad on the west to Woodland Street on the east, and from Poplar Street on the north to Loula Street on the south. |
