Martin Luther King Jr. Contest and Noon Day Celebration
The annual contest and celebration, sponsored by the Olathe Human Relations Commission, City of Olathe and Olathe District Schools, celebrates the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The 2008 theme is Martin Luther King Legacy: Keeping the Dream Alive.

Americana Jubilee
Come celebrate the diverse multicultural heritage of Olathe June 7, 2008 at the Mahaffie Stagecoach Stop and Farm. The event will feature cultural dances, instruments, education and arts, an interactive Children’s area with fun activities. Plus enjoy an assortment of booths that will focus on culture/country, service and historical contributions. A variety of food will be available for purchase.
