Olathe Commons Apartments (RZ-12-015) is to be continued to the February 11, 2013 Planning Commission meeting. 

The 29.15 acre project is located south of 119th Street west of Greenwood. The request is to rezone from RP-3 (Planned Low-Density Multifamily) and CP-2 (Planned General Business District) to RP-4 (Planned Medium-Density Multifamily).
