Mahaffie Wild West Show - Sept. 28 & 29

Attend the 16th annual Wild West Days Saturday, September 28, and Sunday, September 29, at Mahaffie Stagecoach Stop and Farm Historic Site.

This popular event offers visitors a variety of experiences and live entertainment to provide a taste of life in Kansas during the old west featuring live entertainment and children’s games.

Wild West Days will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturday, and 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Sunday at the Olathe historic site, 1200 Kansas City Road. New this year is family-friendly admission, $5/person ages 5 and up or 5 people/$20; kids age 4 and under get in free. Food will be available for purchase.

Free event parking with a shuttle to Mahaffie is available at nearby Olathe North High School (600 E Prairie St.). Disabled parking is available at Mahaffie.  For more information, visit Mahaffie.org, or call (913) 971-5111.

A NOTE ABOUT WEATHER:
Wild West Days is held rain or shine. This is an outdoor event, so please dress for changing weather conditions. The farmstead has no paved pathways and when rain is forecast, the ground conditions can be muddy.  Wear boots or sturdy shoes to enjoy the entertainment.
