Where: On the southeast side of the new railroad bridge on Ridgeview Road in Olathe. The location is just north of Santa Fe on Ridgeview

Hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of car trips have been delayed by trains on the eastern tracks.

7,000 vehicles were blocked each day equating to about 580 hours of time motorists spend waiting for trains on at the intersections last year.

East track train delays were equivalent to 24 cars idling in Olathe 24-hours per day, 7 days a week and 365 day per year.
