How to Read Your Bill

1) HOW TO CONTACT US - Our street address, mailing address and phone number for all Municipal Services information and services.

2) ACCOUNT INFORMATION - Your account number, name and service address.

3) USAGE INFORMATION - The statement date, billing code (actual, estimated or final), dates of service, number of days in the billing period, meter readings, and usage.

4) BILLING DETAILS - An itemized list of all charges, previous balances and credits for the current billing period.

5) ACCOUNT SUMMARY - Total amount due, penalty date and penalty amount.

6) MESSAGE INSERT - Miscellaneous information. 

7) BILL STUB - Return this stub with your payment.
