Application for City of Olathe services, which includes water service, wastewater treatment, storm water management, household trash collection, yard waste collection and curbside recycling can be made at Customer Service, 1385 S. Robinson Dr, Olathe, Kansas. A $40 dollar security deposit is required at the time of application for a residential customer. A letter indicating favorable credit history from another utility company shall be accepted by the city in lieu of the security deposit for residential customers. The credit history should be for the immediate preceding 12 months.

The City’s Customer Service Division can mail, e-mail or fax a service application form to new customers.
