Call before you dig

Most properties have an assortment of underground utility lines that service the home or office. Some of these utilities (electric and gas), can be dangerous to hit, while others (water) can cause extensive property damage and be very expensive to repair if hit. Prior to any digging, make sure you call two numbers to have all these underground utilities marked so you know where they are at.

Call 1-800-DIG-SAFE (1-800-344-7233) to have your phone, electrical and gas utilities marked.

Call (913) 971-9311 to have your City of Olathe utilities (water & sewer) marked. If you are hand digging, it is not necessary to call for water and sewer locates.
