What a way to kick off the 2008 Olathe Free Summer Concert Series with Grammy Award winner Rodney Crowell and special guest the Nace Brothers and the Cate Brothers. Although many of his songs became hits for other singers, Rodney Crowell was the first to record nearly all of them. His highly influential records have spawned dozens of classic country songs. To learn more about Rodney Crowell, visit his website at: http://www.rodneycrowell.com/.
The Nace Brothers have been together for twenty-four years and they're still going strong. They have shared the stage with Jimmy Buffett, The Band, Delbert McClinton, CoCo Montoya, and Merle Haggard to name a few. To learn more about the Nace Brothers,

Ernie and Earl Cate have been writing and performing their unique style of music for more than 30 years. Performances with artists such as Queen, Fleetwood Mac, The Beach Boys, Boz Scaggs, Little Feat, Dr. John, The Band, Crosby, Stills and Nash, and Bob Dylan, to mention a few. The Cate Brothers are still a national "Rock and Soul" favorite. For more info about the Cate Brothers, visit the bands website at: http://www.catebrothers.com/.
