Aquatics

Swim pools will open on Saturday, May 24th and will remain open until Monday, September 1st.

The swim pools hours are 12:30pm to 8:00pm, seven days a week, with the following exceptions:

  • on July 4, pools will close at 6:00pm
  • once school begins, all pools will open at 4:00pm and close at 7:00pm
  • outside temperature is below 70 degrees
  • inclement weather (refer to the specific pool links below for the inclement weather line)
  • low attendance  
  • refer to the specific pool links below for any additional closings due to swim meets

Olathe Parks & Recreation offers a quality year round aquatics program that includes activities for all ages.  Our progressive instructional swim lessons begin with parent/tot through adult classes with the goal to challenge each student, within a fun, safe learning environment.
