To gain entrance into any of the four Olathe Parks & Recreation Aquatic facilities, three options are available. Choose the option that fits your individual or family needs and how often you plan to swim.
Option 1
Season Pass - The Best Value
A one-time fee permits unlimited swimming at any of the aquatic facilities. An ID card will be purchased for each family member age 3 and older and will be presented at the admission counter to gain entrance. If requested, cards can be filed at the pools for safe keeping and you may take them upon departure.
A family season pass includes two adults and up to four children (max of 6 people) living at the same address. An additional $13 will be charged for each additional person listed.
Early Splash Special
A discount of $10 for a Family Pass and $5 off an Individual Pass if purchased by April 30.

Renew Season Pass

Complete the season membership form. Mail or bring your form with the fee to the Recreation Office.

Membership holders ages three to 17 whose last name begins with L through Z, will need a new photo. Adults 18 and older will not need a new photo.

Reminder: If you have any changes in your family or a child that will turn three by May 28th, you will need to get their photos taken.

New ID cards must be purchased each year and a new card will be printed each year.

In an effort to increase customer service, adults 18 & older do not need a new picture for the 2011 swim season. The current picture on file will be used.
New Season Pass

Complete the season pass form.

Provide proof of residency, such as a City of Olathe water bill, driver's license, voter's card, etc.

Bring your family to the Recreation Office to take a photo for your ID card or provide a 2.5" x 3.5" head shot photo.

Pay your fee with cash, check, money order, Visa or MasterCard.

Mail or bring all of the above to the Recreation Office.
Option 2
Discount Coupon Booklet (Value 20% off normal admission price)
Each booklet contains 20 tickets for one admission to any of the Olathe Parks & Recreation Aquatic facilities. The booklets are designed for those families, groups or individuals that anticipate moderate usage of the aquatic facilities.

Note: Discount Ticket Booklets are non-refundable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. No partial refunds will be given for unused coupons at the end of the season. Booklets may be purchased at the Recreation Office during business hours. Booklets may also be purchased at any Olathe Aquatic facility. If purchasing large quantities, please purchase them at the Recreation Office.
