Pool Shelter Rentals

Looking for a great place to host a private party this summer? Check out our special shade areas at Black Bob Bay, Oregon Trail and Frontier pools. For $25 an hour (plus admission for each person) we will reserve a special space for your party to gather.

To make reservations click the reservation link below or come to the Recreation office, 100 E. Santa Fe weekdays between 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Private Pool Rentals

Make a splash with your next party by hosting it at one of the Olathe pools! Available before or after regular pool hours, your guests will love having a section of the pool to themselves. The fee structure is designed to allow you to customize your party to your needs. Rentals begin May 28 at the Recreation office, 100 E. Santa Fe. Form is available below.

If you have questions or wish to check on a date please call 971-8563, rentals must be completed in person.

Depending on area chosen and number in party an additional lifeguard fee of $20 per hour maybe charge, you will be notified prior to your event if this is needed.
