Entry Level Police Officer
Current starting salary for this position is $35,940.
Top out pay of $61,967

Entry Level Police Officers only will receive a $1500 bonus upon successful completion of the Field Training and Evaluation Program.

Lateral Pay
We do offer a higher starting salary, depending on KLETC reciprocity in consideration for Patrol experience:

3yrs/ $40,427
Up to 4yrs/ $42,044
Top out pay of $61,966
