Project Scope:
The improvements shall include grading and clearing, approx. 4900 SY of 10" BM-2 and BM-2B asphalt, 2500 LF of curb and gutter, 5' and 8' sidewalk, curb inlets, storm sewer, street lights, water line, utility conduits, wet bottom detention basin, utility relocations.

Current Project Status:
Street open to traffic and construction ongoing for the detention basin.  Detention basin and landscaping will be complete by August 2010.
