Project Location/Limits:
Eastbrooke trail will be located 1/3rd mile west of Pflumm in the open space areas of Regency Place, Stonebrook, Bradford Falls and Eastbrooke subdivisions. It will connect to the Indian Creek Trail system just north of 127th Street.
Project Scope:
The trail will be 1.5 miles long, 10 foot wide asphalt bicycle and pedestrian shared use path. The path will connect the residential areas of the above noted subdivisions together as well as connect into the Indian Creek Trail system. Several bridges will be installed along with trail connections to the neighborhood sidewalks and Eastbrooke Park. The trail will also connect California Trail Junior High and Regency Place Elementary Schools to the neighborhood. A reinforced concrete box underpass is being installed under 127th to eliminate an at-grade crossing.

Current Project Status:
Mega Industries was awarded the construction of the project and work is on-going. Construction is anticipated to be completed in late fall 2008 . 127th Street will be closed just west of Rene beginning in July 7, 2008 while the box culvert is installed. This work should be completed by July 18, 2008. Detours will be provided and mailings will go out to those residence along Renee.
