Project Scope:
The FCIP project implemented 9 energy conservation measures in order to achieve operational savings through use of more energy efficient technology and processes. The project included changing to more efficient lighting, pumps, and HVAC systems at the water and wastewater plants as well as moving from a manual meter reading system to an automated meter reading system.
