Olathe Downtown Parking Garage Expansion

Project Location/Limits:
Downtown Olathe at Chestnut Street and Loula Street. The expansion will take place on the site of the surface parking lot on the north side of the existing parking garage.

Project Scope:
Expansion of the existing parking garage located at Chestnut Street and Loula Street includes a six level horizontal addition to the north of the existing garage along with an extension of the upper level ramp of the existing parking garage. Connections between the existing garage and the proposed addition will be provided. Upon completion of this project, the available parking at this site is anticipated to increase from 393 spaces to 705 spaces.

Current Project Status:
Construction is complete for the new garage.  Work is currently underway on the existing structure.
