Beat the heat and enjoy FREE admission at Mahaffie Stagecoach Stop and Farm. On Thursdays in June and July, Mahaffie will be open from 6:00pm-8:00pm. Tonights theme is 19th Century Childhood! Come play! But remember, children had to work a lot too! Churn butter, take a stagecoach ride or have your image preserved by photograph! (extra fees are charged for these activities). Play 19th Century games too. Explore the 1865 Mahaffie home and see what is cooking in Lucinda Mahaffie's kitchen. Come explore our fields and see how our crops are progressing. 'Check' out our cornfield, see how our spring wheat is doing and see how our garden is growing. Next week's Thursday Night is a special Independence theme on July 2.
