City offices closed. Offices will reopen at 8 a.m. Wednesday, January 2.
Residential trash and recycling will not be collected on New Year's Day.
Residents with Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday collection days will have their collection delayed one day the week of New Year's.
