Historic Value of Valentines Program

Explore the origins of Valentine's Day and make Valentines to take home. The event takes place at Mahaffie Stagecoach Stop and Farm, 1100 Kansas City Road, Olathe, KS 66061. The cost is $5/scout, the time is 1pm-3pm. From 1pm-2pm, Scouts ages 12-17 can make their Valentines, they have the option to stay from 2pm-3pm to assist the younger scouts. From 2pm-3pm, girls ages 5-11 can make Valentines. Troops have the option of taking their Valentines to a nursing home or other organization. Register by calling Mahaffie Stagecoach Stop at 913.971.5111 or email aradil@olatheks.org. Girl Scouts can register by Troop or individually.
