NPDES Phase II Update Meeting

Purpose: The City of Olathe is in the process of developing new Stormwater ordinances to address compliance with National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) requirements and will present the preliminary summary for feedback from development-related customers.

Who is invited to attend: All those involved in development in Olathe - developers, contractors, architects, engineers, and others - are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Major Topics of this informational meeting will include:

• General requirements of the NPDES Phase II permit
• Executive Summary of proposed Stream Corridor Ordinance
• Executive Summary of proposed Stormwater Treatment Ordinance
