Civil War on the Border

Cavalry, Infantry, and Artillery units representing Conferderate and Union forces will encamp throughout the weekend. Enjoy activities such as 19th century music, games, and visit 19th Century sutlers. Scheduled to appear is the Fort Riley Commanding General's Mounted Color Guard each day with cavalry demonstrations. Prepare to watch an afternoon battle each day at Stagecoach Park, across the street from Mahaffie Stagecoach Stop and Farm. All activities take place at Mahaffie Stagecoach Stop and Farm, 1100 Kansas City Road, Olathe, KS  66061. Don't miss this exciting weekend as this event has been recognized by the American Bus Association as one of the Top 100 Events in North America. Free Admission, donations gratefully accepted.
