Eligibility for all programs is based on several factors, some of which include: gross annual family income*, appraised value of the home, current insurance policy on the property, real estate taxes must be up to date and proof of ownership must be provided for several of the programs.

The Long Range Planning is responsible for producing the Year-in-Review/Quarterly Reports and Development & Demographics reports.

Olathe Housing Authority

The Olathe Housing Authority provides subsidized housing for 539 families with income less than 80% of Olathe's median.  Many of our residents are elderly or disabled.  The goals of our programs are to help our family's foster stability and move toward self-sufficiency.  The Olathe Housing Authority is located within the City of Olathe Neighborhood and Human Services Department.
