Public meetings concerning the City's Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) and Design Guideline update will be held on Wednesday, February 29th in the Council Chamber at Olathe City Hall, 100 East Santa Fe. The UDO will include new standards for zoning, building design, site planning, infrastructure, landscaping, parking, nonconformities and vested rights, and uses. It will also update the process for approving new development.
It is important for us to hear your thoughts about the new UDO. For example:
