Olathe City Hall's R.R. Osborne Plaza, 100 E. Santa Fe This annual event includes the Mayor's Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony and features local choirs, talent and the arrival of Santa Claus. Proceeds raised from the Mayor's Christmas Tree Fund from businesses, civic groups and the sale of holiday ornaments, go to benefit agencies in our area that address the needs of the less fortunate in our community. | 1

Meet Father Christmas, string popcorn, or make an ornament in the stagecoach dining room to take home, and if the weather permits, enjoy 19th century games outdoors. 1100 Kansas City Road Visit the only publicly-accessible stagecoach stop left on the Santa Fe Trail. Built in 1865, the Mahaffie Stagecoach Stop & Farm Historic Site is listed on the National and Kansas Registers of Historic Places, and is recognized as an official component of the Santa Fe National Historic Trail by the National Park Service.
