Yen-Ping Chen, this year's winner of the Olathe Community Orchestra's high school concerto competition, is set to appear with the orchestra.  A senior at Olathe Northwest High School, Yen-Ping will perform the first movement of the Concerto No. 3 in G by Mozart.

The City of Olathe's Community Development Block Grant program has funded housing rehabilitation programs, public services, public improvements and neighborhood revitalization projects that benefit low and moderate income persons or older neighborhoods since 1975.

The City is inviting applications from local social service agencies and commuity organizations that provide a service to Olathe citizens that meet one of the national CDBG objectives.
