The Council will meet in a Special Session in order to recess into an Executive Session on Tuesday, July 14, 2009.  The Council will also convene the regularly scheduled Study Session following the opening of the Special Session. The meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 100 E. Santa Fe.
