The Council will meet in a Special Session in order to recess into an Executive Session on Tuesday, July 14, 2009. The Council will also convene the regularly scheduled Study Session following the opening of the Special Session. The meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 100 E. Santa Fe. | 15

Beat the heat and enjoy FREE admission at Mahaffie Stagecoach Stop and Farm. On Thursdays in June and July, Mahaffie will be open from 6:00pm-8:00pm. Tonights theme is 19th Century Childhood. Dependent on the weather, we will begin harvesting the wheat in the front yard of the Mahaffie home. A horse drawn reaper will be used to cut the wheat.
