Chores didn't stop in the winter and activities may include soap making, sausage making, and corn shelling. Stagecoach rides are available, depending on weather and ground conditions. The first of two open houses will present an overview of the Comprehensive Plan. Citizens may get questions answered, and provide feedback to help shape Olathe's future. Meeting will be held at Olathe City Hall, 100 E Santa Fe.

Olathe’s next Development Forum will be Thursday, March 11, 8:30-10:00 a.m., City Council Chambers.
The main topic will be the Comprehensive Plan update: The Comprehensive Plan documents the community's vision for how Olathe will grow and develop today and in the future, and influences policies that have a direct bearing on the quality of life that citizens enjoy in Olathe.
