Four public meetings will be held during the project to provide information to residents and to gather input. The meetings are listed below. Dates, times and locations will be provided for the future meetings after they are established.

Project Kickoff Meeting
Date: February 13, 2003
Time: 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm
Location: New City Hall Building, 100 East Santa Fe, Olathe
A Public Information Kickoff Meeting was held to present information about the I-35 & Lone Elm Interchange Project. A brief introductory presentation was conducted with an open house meeting following.

Environmental Assessment Meeting
Date: April 21, 2004
Time: 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Location: New City Hall Building, 100 East Santa Fe, Olathe
The Environmental Assessment Public Meeting presented a summary of the information gathered through the environmental process. The public was asked to provide comments on any specific issue regarding the project. The open house-style meeting included displays and information regarding the project with members of the project team present to answer questions.

Public Meeting
Date: May 24, 2006
Time: 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm
Location: Olathe City Hall, 100 East Santa Fe, Olathe
A Right-of-Way Acquisition Public Meeting was held to provide an outline of the right-of-way acquisition process and allow residents and business owners the opportunity to ask questions. Displays of the project, showing right-of-way information, were available for review. The project team and city staff were available to answer questions.

The Preconstruction Meeting will provide information to the public on construction activities. A brief introductory presentation will be conducted, otherwise the meeting will be an informal open house.
