Pay by Direct Debit

  • Pay your Utility Charges automatically by charging directly to your checking or savings account.
  • Sign up:  Complete and return the Direct Debit Authorization with a voided check when you pay your next billing. 
  • Change bank account:  Complete and return the Direct Debit Authorization with a voided check from your new bank account.

Pay Online 

  • Step 1: Visit Online Utility Account to register for online account access.
  • Step 2: Access User Login and "Pay My Bill". 
  • No convenience fees apply to pay online with your credit/debit card or electronic check. 
  • Paymentus processes your payment and maintains strict security measures required through Visa and MasterCard guidelines along with industry standard SSL encryption.
  • Your online payment will be posted to your utility account by the next business day.
  • If your water service is disconnected or scheduled to be disconnected, you must contact Customer Service to have your service restored:
    • Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Call 913-971-9311 to provide the Paymentus confirmation number.
    • Weekends, holidays, and after hours: - Call 913-971-5151 to provide the Paymentus confirmation number.

Pay by Telephone

  • Call 1-855-748-6017 to make a payment by phone toll free.
  • Your City of Olathe account number will be required. 
  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and electronic check are accepted.
  • No convenience fees apply.
  • Paymentus processes your payment and maintains strict security measures required through Visa and MasterCard guidelines along with industry standard SSL encryption.
  • If your water service is disconnected or scheduled to be disconnected, you must contact Customer Service to have your service restored:
    • Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Call 913-971-9311 to provide the Paymentus confirmation number.
    • Weekends – Holidays – After Hours:  Call 913-971-5151 to provide the Paymentus confirmation number. 

Pay by US Mail

  • Mail the lower portion of your bill along with a check or money order in the envelope provided. 
  • Please write your account number on your check or money order and allow five business days for mail delivery. 
  • Bills are considered paid on the day they are received and processed in our office.
  • Bills are not considered paid on the day they are mailed.
  • Payments should be mailed to:  City of Olathe, P.O. Box 2100, Olathe, KS 66051-2100

Pay In Person

  • A representative is available to accept your payment at Customer Service, 1385 S. Robinson Dr. 
  • Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays.
  • Cash, check, money order, credit/debit card and electronic check are accepted.
  • Drive-Thru and Walk-In options are available.

Pay at Drop-Off Sites

  • Drop-off your payment in a box located in the parking lot a Olathe City Hall, 100 E Santa Fe. 
  • Payments are collected by 9 a.m. every business day 
  • Payments can also be made at Enterprise Bank & Trust and Bank of Blue Valley branches in Olathe. 
  • Payments made at one of the bank locations must accompany the lower portion of your utility bill and allow two business days for processing.

Night Depository

  • The night depository is located in the Drive-Thru located at the Customer Service Center, 1385 S. Robinson Dr.
  • Envelopes are provided for your convenience.

Payment Arrangements 

  • Contact Customer Service to make payment arrangements if your water service is scheduled to be disconnected.
  • Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Call 913-971-9311.
