The City of Olathe is committed to delivering clean and safe drinking water. Part of that commitment includes meeting the safe drinking water regulations of the Untied States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and the Kansas Department of Heath and Environment (KDHE). Under the Lead and Copper Rule, the City of Olathe is required to test for lead and copper concentrations across the water system every three years. Please fill out the Water Sampling Survey if you'd like to participate in the test.
