Overnight closures at K-10 and Ridgeview interchange begin July 22

As part of the Johnson County Gateway Project, the Kansas Department of Transportation will have overnight closures this week beginning at 8:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. The detailed schedule is as follows:

Tuesday, July 22:

  • Beginning at 8:00 p.m., eastbound and westbound K-10 left lanes under Ridgeview Road closed and northbound and southbound Ridgeview Road from 105th Street north to K-10 closed until 5:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 23

Wednesday, July 23:

  • Beginning at 8:00 p.m., eastbound and westbound K-10 left lanes under Ridgeview Road closed and northbound and southbound Ridgeview Road from 105th Street north to K-10 closed until 5:00 a.m. Thursday, July 24

Thursday, July 24:

  • Beginning at 8:00 p.m., eastbound and westbound K-10 left lanes under Ridgeview Road closed. Beginning at 10:00 p.m., northbound and southbound Ridgeview Road from 105th Street north to K-10 closed.

Friday, July 25:

  • Beginning at 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., eastbound and westbound K-10 right lanes under Ridgeview Road closed. Beginning at 8:00 p.m., eastbound and westbound K-10 left lanes under Ridgeview Road closed until 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 26. 

Saturday, July 26: 

  • Beginning at 8:00 p.m., eastbound and westbound K-10 left lanes under Ridgeview Road closed until 10:00 a.m. Sunday, July 27. 

Message boards will alert traffic to the lane and roadway closures. Traffic will be directed through the project work zone with signage and cones. Drivers should expect some delays through the project work zone during the overnight closures.
