Every wonder how the trash truck works or what it is like to sit behind the wheel of a gravel truck? Want to take a look back at transportation 1860s style? Join the City of Olathe for Touch-A-Truck, etc. at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 18 at Cedar Lake, 15500 S. Lone Elm Rd. Earn a point in the June #OlatheActive challenge by attending and posting your favorite picture of the day.

Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Cedar Lake Park, south of 151st Street on Lone Elm Road from 7:30 a.m. to Noon. Annually, this event draws approximately 650 youth participants and 975 adult spectators and volunteers. Registered participants receive a free T-shirt, goodie bag, and worms (while supplies last). A hot dog lunch with chips and a beverage is provided for everyone in attendance.
