Olathe Public Library announces partnership with Park Street Pastry
The Olathe Public Library is excited to announce a new partnership with Olathe’s Park Street Pastry for a café in the new Indian Creek Library. The Indian Creek Library Café will be an extension of Park Street Pastry, offering a full-service coffee shop, European pastries, and sandwiches.
"We're very excited to partner with the Olathe Public Library. We're going to be offering our full variety of pastries that we offer here at Park Street," said owner and chef Doug Flick.
Park Street Pastry is a unique and successful pastry shop located in downtown Olathe. Chef Flick has extensive experience providing exceptional customer service and signature food items that quickly become sought-after favorites.
"We are fortunate to have this partnership with Park Street Pastry. I know staff and the public are looking forward to having coffee and pastries while being in the new library building," said Library Director Emily Baker.
Park Street Pastry will also offer catering for private events taking place at the Indian Creek Library, such as wedding receptions, showers, banquets, and corporate events.
